I love my children with all my heart. I am so thankful that God has rewarded me with them. I received a word from God the other night that took away a lot of confusion I have been having. I desire to be so much more than "just a mom". But God says, "I am not who I think I am. All this confusion is just Satan's way of distracting me. Right now I am a mother, and one day (not now), I will use all these mommy experiences to be a mighty woman of God. At some other point in my life, God will show me who I really am. I'm a whole new person that is nothing like what I am now. Sometimes I get lonely, but He is using that time of loneliness to draw me closer to Him."
I received this word through someone who came up to me while I was praising God during worship. About 5 minutes earlier, another lady was praying with me and she had me repeat over and over, "I am a mighty woman of God". I'm listening Lord! I thank you for the confirmation that NOW is the time to focus on my children, all the while, I am a mighty woman of God who will someday be MUCH more than a mommy. But I thank the Lord for this time of allowing me to be the mommy that He calls me to be. My children are a blessing from Him!

My little stinky face fell asleep "reading" his book. He was so out of it that we were able to turn the lights on and take pictures. He must be really intelligent and have great eye sight, in order to be able to read in the dark AND upside down! :0)
